Career

At Selah Home, we are looking for women who feel led to support mothers and mothers-to-be in a nurturing residential setting. Our home is a Christ centered place where each mom finds a safe place, a sacred pause, and the truth to choose a different path for her life. Daily life here includes encouragement, practical support, gentle guidance, and a trauma aware and soul wound approach that honors each woman’s story.

Our home operates with staff present around the clock. Daytime shifts focus on helping moms through their routines, assisting with simple meals, creating a calm and structured environment, and providing transportation when needed. Evenings are a time to prepare dinner together, enjoy conversation, devotion time, and share relaxed activities like games or movies. Overnight shifts are much quieter with fewer active responsibilities. Weekends give moms space to rest, connect with the community, participate in church, or enjoy simple outings.

We offer ongoing training and competitive pay for women who are steady, caring, emotionally grounded, and eager to come alongside our residents in meaningful ways. If you sense that this ministry might be a good fit, please take a moment to fill out our interest form.
